Hi all,
Let me share with you my experiences area faced today when flown/used to Cairo Int’ Airport.
Temperature was 44 °C, I was parking at gate (G301) Apron at Terminal 3, taxing and departed straight out using Runway 13L from Abu Dhabi Int’ Airport [OMAA]. I had a wonderful view above Arabian Gulf sea and Saudi Arabia with a massive area of desert, from the east to the west end. I had few turbulences when I passed the Red Sea, actual pilots says "it causes due to weather condition especially at summer season where the temperature & pressure are very high, and the speed will reduce gradually. Sadly this is what I caused on that area, however as a pilot I had to deal with this situation. I started descent once I entered Egypt border. And calling inbound at Cairo Int’ Airport [HECA] using Runway 15R, right traffic.
Flight Plan: OMAA - HECA
Duration: 3:48 hours
Aircraft: Etihad B787-10 Dreamliner
Flight Details: cruising at FL300, M 0.90 max
Xp Earned: 1731
Note: Do Not Exceed your Mach Speed 0.85 at FL250 and above, your Aircraft will be damaged in reality!
