I am an IFATC controller, and I’ve noticed an issue with the “Drag and Taxi” feature not working properly at Istanbul Airport (LTFM) when I am on the Ground frequency. Other controllers have reported similar issues at this airport, so it seems to be a recurring problem for some of us.
When this feature fails, I am unable to drag aircraft to specific locations or issue proper taxi instructions. This problem is causing operational difficulties and affecting the quality of service we can provide.
Could you please investigate and provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

May be I could help you as an airport editor that has some experience with building taxiway networks in IF.
To do so I need some more information from you regarding the issues you experienced.
What did you mean with
Did the fast select from the aircraft’s icon not provide the available runways or the requested gate? Or die the fast select not give a route to the selected target?
Did it work for most aircraft but not for some? Or is it vice versa: some aircraft worked but most not.
Or did the fast select work but it couldn’t a route been dragged?
Could the route been changed?
Are there specific gates effect? If it seams that all are effected could you name some that you are know for sure that they are effect? With which aircraft and from or to which runway?

Thank you for your response. To clarify, the “Drag and Taxi” feature is not present at all. I am completely unable to use the option—it simply doesn’t appear as an option for me. This issue affects all aircraft and gates at LTFM. The feature isn’t working for me or some other IFATC controllers at this airport.
Thanks for the fast response. It look’s like the airport was missed in database update for some reason and has not network therefor at the moment.
I will check if there is quicker solution by staff, but it could happen that it will stay that way until next IF release. For that case I ask for your patience.

Thank you for looking into this. I’m wondering why some controllers can use the Drag and Taxi feature at LTFM while others, like myself, cannot. Since we’re all on the same version of the app, it’s confusing that only certain controllers have access to it.
