The device in using is 17pro I tried loading several different aircraft after the 10mins I spent on the free version flying I purchased the subscription and none of the aircraft would load the a330 neo loaded after I woke up I slept with it on loading I reinstalled the app and everything the WiFi is good but the aircraft just don’t download.

Highly appreciate a response and a solution

can you send the internet speed? Also if you have many apps in the background, it will load very slowly. Tyr deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that works.

I’ve reinstalled it the internet speed was 50+ mega bits per sec still doesn’t work idk why
