I have followed the User Guide (Getting Started Guide > Home User Interface > Setting > Online > *Follow the steps below to download new pilot voices: ) and downloaded the new Voice but cannot use it in the app. How can I get it to work?
Device: iPad Pro M4
Operating system: IOS 17.5

Not all voices are allowed for us to use.
The ones that are, will be shown in the app as well.

I’ll try some other one.
I have tried about 10 of them but none of it worked. Can you give me an optional voice I can use in app for reference?
English ones?

That’s some examples that I see in the app.
I don’t seem to have any of the enhanced or premium downloaded. Not sure if we have access to those either tbh.
