Today, I got a new iPhone 6S [32GB] as an upgrade. I downloaded IF on my phone and I had to awnser security questions and bought Live, but didn’t show, so i had to actually go back and buy it from the app itself. I always use iTunes cards to purchase live. It deducted about $15

I did, it still deducted from my account as it asked me that i already have a subscription and I had to renew
From where did you buy Live the first time, as you wrote “So i had to go back to purchase Live from the app itself.”
I had to awnser my security questions from the App Store, and asked me if I wanted to purchase it, as it did not redirect me to the app itself

Is happened to me, ask for a refund of the second transaction directly to the apple, They give me back the money.
Go on Apple chat support and within five minutes no questions asked as @MarcelloM said you will get your money

Unfortunately theres nothing anybody can do for you here. Apple iTunes is the only place that can handle iTunes account related issues, and refund requests. That are pretty good about refunding for these types of things, so don’t worry.
