After parking and turning off lights, request ground service. They reack the aircraft but no doors open after that. What am I doing wrong ?

Im having the same issue. I used a 787-9 today and the doors wouldn’t open for GSE

The 787 family currently haven’t been reworked and do not have functioning doors, therefore this is the reason why you would not see the doors opening when using the GSE.
Once the 787 family receive a rework to be brought up to the modern standard with functioning doors, they will not open until then.

sorry to interrupt on this post but I am having issue with mainly all the planes that have been worked on in IF don’t work sir I did a B757 route passenger doors don’t open did a A339 route no doors and many more planes do not open the passenger door is the only one not opening the rest of the ground service operations work just fine not really the weird thing is the back food truck door does open in the back
Just confirming you are waiting for the jet bridge to fully connect and then checking if the door is open or not using the free camera?
Only the door that the jet bridge is connecting to will be the door that will open plus the other one that the catering truck connects to.
The A350 does not have working doors, only cargo doors

yes that is correct I waited and noticed it not opening so I went to a different camera and saw it still not had opened the two doors front doors that connect to the gate bridge
