Don't Meet Landings-to-Violations Ratio for Expert

So I’ve just been promoted to grade 3 but I can’t seem
To fly on the expert server. This is the error I’m getting

Expert server is a 2:1 ratio. You need more landings. With 37 violations you need at least 75 landings in order to access.
