With the new update out, my account won’t connect and it keeps crashing. What should I do?

Here is what the staff has said about the current situation. You must simply wait until it’s resolved! I am also experiencing this problem.

If your subscription isn’t showing, this is because of server issues on our end. Your subscription is safe and we’re working on restoring this as quickly as we can.
This is a known technical issue at the moment and the developers are working as fast as possible to resolve it.
