I was wondering how long you have to be flying for the low fuel alert to show up on the atc menu?
You have to be below 5% and have flown for at least an hour.

We don’t want someone who’s only been flying 10 minutes just to declare an emergency because it messes us up. That’s why there’s the limit for an hour.

No, it’s a really obvious option that appears in the main menu.
