Gouda cheese is from South-Holland and that is in the west :) Limburg, Zeeland and North Brabant (where I reside) are considered to be in the south
How about bicycle-shaped biscuits? That sounds like a very dutch thing to do, maybe even make a little cycle lane for them out of pastries.
