Do you use trim?

  • I use it!
  • it’s a waste of my time!

If you don’t, explain why.

I don’t really know what it is.

I tend not to use it on landing, but always on takeoff and climb.

It’s the button below the A/P one. Swipe down for a positive trim, swipe up for a negative trim.

I don’t use it. I don’t see the use of it.

I personally don’t use it but negative trim is nose down and positive trim is nose up, so in the climb you could use positive trim

It’s essential in real life to relieve the force on the controls

Question is why wouldn’t you use it unless you want to hold the iPad up uncomfortably the entire time you fly

I always use it. It is essential for takeoff and landing.

same i dont know how to use it lol

I NEVER use the trim…

I haven’t used it since i learned to land manually.

Not sure what it’s for and not sure how to use it but I’m sherching for instruction now

When flying using a mobile device, the device simply overrides any trim setting. And if it gets uncomfortable, then just re-adjust and click Calibrate.
What trim does is it sets the elevators in a new default position. This allows you to completely eliminate the nose bump you get when switching between auto VS on and off.

Not really ever

I use trim to help with the take off and to avoid the sudden nose movement of the plane after I turn off the A/P.
I wish it had an automatic configuration though.
