Landing aids were pretty useless for me.
I mean I have the altimeter telling me how high i am when on final.

Not anymore. I could use it for vfr in foggy conditions maybe

It actually depends for me. I normally have them off because I can fly an ILS

I have them on, I don’t really care if they’re on or off. I guess I’ve had it on for awhile, and am used to it, and never bothered to change it off.

Don’t think VFR applies to foggy conditions ;)
Anyways I never have mine on.

I never have mine on. They are useless and I like as much realism as possible.
