Do you need to have a higher Trust Level to post In features?

Hi, For some Reason I cant create Topics in Features I am Trust Level 1, Do I need to be higher?

I believe you need to be a TL3 to create a feature topic, to reply is TL2.

Incorrect. TL2 can post in #live:va #live:events #real-world-aviation and #features.
