Do you Fly during night time?

Just wanted to ask people if you guys fly during night times because it’s usually boring and not good I usually just put and switch the time to sunrise hbu guys you guys do that or keep it night time

For shorter flights where there’s lots of scenery starting in sunrise is always nice as it looks awesome then as your flight progresses you get into daylight. If I know I’m going to be away from my device for long period no matter the length of the flight I’ll use real time for realism and it doesn’t matter the time if I’m not looking st the device.

Yea I’m flying from Tokyo to San Jose in California I’m 170 miles from airport I was thinking of turning the time to sunrise but nahhhh

I actually doesn’t fly at night, but if infinite flight had working airports I would fly at night.

If they had working city lights I would too 😁😁

Agreed. Even the aircraft lights are lacking. Playing on my tablet is a little better but, playing in my phone, I can’t see a darn thing.

Yes i do fly at night for cruise, but as others have stated, the landing phase is not easy especially with the glaring GUI in the pitch black and the “ghost” taxiways

I fly live timings permanently. It improves my realism, however I do not fly for commercial VAs

I do fly at night sometimes but recently I crashed in Denver because I couldn’t see the runway. But I like flying at night

I have, I am and I will always fly with the “Current Time” set. So if it is day, then that be day, it’s nice and bright, your visibility is good but if it’s night then be night, you are in for a beautiful approach as the runway lights lit up and the moon shines bright (those days the moon is visible) 🌔

Sunrise 🌥 and Sunset ⛅️ are just some of the most elegant and my favorite times to fly, but unfortunately for m, most of my flights actually depart at night, local time. Usually I depart at night and even land at night. So I can say that from the vast majority of my flights, they are spent under the moonlit night 🌕

I try to always fly in real time even if it’s night

So do I. It makes the simulator more realistic.

I don’t to be honest, because just as it is it’s quite boring without seeing anything. Although the moon light and stars can be quite pretty.

I’m wondering if maybe they could implement multiple specks of light to represent cities from far away, even without buildings. It would improve the experience infinitely

Yes I do, as I always fly using local time in the world and will always take off from the airport where I last landed, so at times, I find myself in darkness and it makes it more of a challenge to land, especially if the terrain around the airport has mountains.

I do fly during night time but night time flights are only when I’m doing Long Hauls but i think a irports need lightings (all) terminal buildings, ground crews and real scenery (3D)!

I do flights any time. Short hauls and long hauls.

I just leave it on real time and fly. Because I try to be as realistic as possible I’m used to it. But I’ll change the time to get a cool pic with a mountain or sumthin like that but then change it back.

I recently upgraded my iPad to the new pro and the clarity is remarkable, even at night especially when it is a clear night. Even without taxi lights I am able to navigate to and from the runway as a result, something that was extremely difficult using the old iPad Air… However my favorite time to land is still sunrise or sunset.
