Do y'all fly to non 3D airports?

I was just wondering this and I don’t see the joy in flying to non-3D airports.

I kinda do, if its a small field, but if its like a major airport, then no, or many not yaknow.

Nope and it’s sad because my home is DFW haven’t flown into there in IF since 22.1

My home airports are not 3D and I do fly to them religiously and even ran a flyout from one of them earlier

I don’t mind 2D airports. Sure, they can be a bit buggy when autogenerated, sure they may be flat and boring but it’s sort of refreshing at times because of the higher framerate and the lack of other pilots, which I enjoy from time to time. If I really want to fly a certain route and one of the airports is 2D, it won’t stop me from flying it. Why would a 2D airport stop you from flying a certain route you really want to fly?

I don’t mind flying into non 3D airports. Only 2 years ago every airport was 2D so I’m used to it

I fly to anything 3D or not. I agree it’s more fun to fly into a 3D airport. But there are still many cool 2D airports to land at.

Unless it’s a VA flight or a flight someone is trying to convince me to do, I try my best to stay away from non-3D.

I still fly to non 3D airports. Off course being 3D’s makes the experience a little bit better, but the part I enjoy the most of the flying is the descent and approach so I dont really mind.

3D airports are a recent addition to the game, at least to me even though it happened almost two years ago, but I’ve been around for far longer, so I don’t really mind, it’s been like this for years. Literally I grew up with 2D airports in IF so I’m used to them.

Of course! Most of the airports I fly to are not 3D. Doesn’t make a difference 🤷‍♂️

3D airports crash my game so yes i fly into non 3d airports

Yes. Definitely fly in/out of 2D airports when flying for VA’s or on livestreams. Flying into 3D airports is definitely more realistic, but there’s nothing wrong with flying into 2D airports!
