This belongs in #real-world-aviation. And yeah, they’re supposed to. Continental Airlines merged with UAL Corporation, the parent company of United Airlines.

They are the same, they have the same livery and they are the same company. Continental Airline started in 1937 and ended in 2012. In 2012 Continental Airlines merged into United Airlines.
