Sometimes Google logs me out and tells me to log back in for security purposes or something about tokens idk

So being a live+ subscriber, are we being credited days back to our live+ accounts? I believe this should be offered to everyone effected.
I accidentally got logged out, ironically while trying to upgrade from monthly to full year. When will this issue be rectified?
We are still waiting to hear back from them with a resolution or expected time frame for the fix. We will post an update once we receive new information.
Additionally, I canāt recover my prior purchases either :-(.
You will be able to recover previous purchases once the issues are resolved and everyone is able to access their account as long as you use your existing Live login credentials.
Should we watch here or Announcements for the resolution? I uninstalled and reinstalled IF because I had to update my iOS. After I reinstalled and tried to log back in, I got the same error message that everyone else is screenshotting. I WAS able to switch to Google, but all my purchases are connected to my original Facebook-linked account. If Facebook continues having issues validating, is it possible to transfer purchases from one set of credentials to another?

I was able to log in after not playing for a while and being auto logged out without issues.
For a while I could not access the plane and regions that come with live+. Will I be compensated for the time I lost that I could be using the product that I have bought?
A little unrelatedā¦since a lot of live users donāt use the forums, is there a way for you guys to add this to the messages area on the home screen when you first open IF.
I did not log out of my live account, I just got on the app and it said My authentication expired. Hopefully this gets reseloved because it has been like this for hours

Quick update, Microsoft is still working on it. We are using a system they own to authenticate via Facebook and Google. They messed something up and they are taking their sweet time to fix it⦠We have no ETA at this point⦠And we do not expect an apology from Microsoft about it either⦠:-/

Is it possible to transfer subscriptions from a FB login to a Google login? Iām having trouble logging back in with my FB credentials but Google is working fine. If you could transfer my purchases to the Google account, it would resolve this issue for me. Just wondering.
