Do I atc pushback?

If I am on an airport without atc then do I say taxiing to a runway when doing pushback?

Nope just push out after ensuring the area around you is clear in the direction you plan to push and before taxiing announce your taxi intention.

Here is the reference to the IFC Pilot Rulebook which explains as stated no Unicom communication is needed for pushback:
