Hey guys I have a few friends helping me start a VA,I found two people interested in taking a role but they both don’t have discord,is there a way they can still be staff?
You do need to have a required platform for communication. Pretty much all VAs use Discord since it’s probably the easiest to use and set up.

Also,what TL must VA staff be or can they be from basic and up?
Probably all va/vos
As far as I know, they can be basic. You will have a separate account for your VA that will be able to post in the VA category

Well it depends,are VAs allowed to have people who were suspended on staff or not? @BennyBoy_Alpha or @Petre2026 do you know the answer?

Anyone currently suspended from the IFC will almost certainly be on the IFVARB Watchlist/Blacklist - so they cannot be a staff of the VA. I would highly advise against also “hiring” anyone as staff who as account suspensions/warnings on Discord as well.
As for people with previous suspensions here - I would advise caution.

I think what @BennyBoy_Alpha is saying is that, if you have a previous suspension, it’s just risky. I don’t think suspension means you’re a bad person or anything, often times it’s a one time problem, but then again it isn’t always, and it’s never good to lose a staff member for that reason. But it’s your VA and there are no restrictions on this situation, so do what you think is best.
