Welcome to the community! If you’re having trouble maneuvering your aircraft after disconnecting the autopilot, the trim might need adjusting. You’ll find the trim control on the left side of your screen, near the spoilers, flaps, and throttle.
Look for a pink line on the trim box—it indicates what your nose will do when you disconnect autopilot. If the line is above the center, your nose will rise; if it’s below, the nose gear will lower.
To correct this, make small adjustments to the trim, moving your finger in the direction of the pink line to stabilize the aircraft. Adjust in 1% intervals by holding down the control. Be careful not to slide too much, as this can activate the 5% and 10% adjustments, which might cause the plane to lose control.
Also make sure you are flying at a suitable airspeed for your weight and configuration. There’s lots of threads and tutorials around to help with that
