Hello, pilots. I was just wondering how to access the general chat on Discord in the ‘Infinite Flight’ channel, which I think has been labelled as the lounge. It’s a bit strange as I still did not have access to it even when I was a pro member. Anyone got an answer?

How long ago did you subscribe to Pro? Sometimes it takes the bot a bit of time to update your status and give you access.

It’s actually been a while since I last subscribed, I bought it on the 29th November in 2024 when it was 50% off.
Is your Discord account linked to Infinite Flight? This is required to gain full access.
Hey - It would appear your discord account hasn’t been linked to your infinite flight account (from what I can see)
Double check that you’ve done this in your IF account settings

I’ve checked my Infinite Flight app and it is saying that my account has been linked. I just find it a bit odd that I didn’t have access to it when I was subscribed, even after waiting 24hrs.
You could try unlinking the account and then relinking it, just make sure you’re linking it to the correct discord account.

OK, so it would appear that I in fact DO need a subscription in order to access the full server. I guess I just missed that bit out when reading through the introduction. Apologies for wasting everyone’s time!

Yep, those channels will just be read only for users without a Pro sub unfortunately.
