Recreating a discontinued long-haul route between the Middle East and Southeast Asia, Qatar Airways operated its final Doha–Medan service on 30 May 2024, ending a distinctive direct Dreamliner connection linking the Middle East to Northern Sumatra. This Infinite Flight journey revives the nostalgia of a route no longer present in real-world schedules.
