When my flight kicked off from VHHH, everything were fine. After flying pass Russia, I am no longer conneted to the server but there is still a green tick near everything but the live server. I have tried turned off my wifi, turned on the airplane mode and exiting the app. I have spent half day in this flight so theat is totally unreasonable for me to end the flight right now. What can I do to reconnect the server?
Have you tried restarting your router/modem for a minute? Maybe that will help, clearing some RAM can also help.
I get this issue too, but when I’m descending. I need help too e.e
Hey there! It might have to do with your Wi-Fi connection. Make sure that before you do a “long flight”, you have 4 bars of Wi-Fi connection. Also, make sure you don’t go into aeroplane mode or anything that can disconnect you such as going too far from your modem router/wifi box. It happens to a lot of people but the solution is probably the following:
· Restart your Wi-Fi box (this can be done by turning it off and turning it back on)
· Eventually check your connection bars
· Do not go too far from your Wi-Fi box, in case you do, your mobile data will take over but if you don’t have mobile data, you will be kicked out of the live server.
It will automatically send you to a Solo server and once reconnected, you will be back to the Live server. If you still have trouble, you can private message me or reply to this comment.

Did you ever exit the app mid-flight or try to “multitask” (have two apps open at the same time)?

Okay, the problem is kinda solved. After clearing the ram, the game shutted itself down. Yeah! Wasting 10 hours on something that never can be acheived. I just can’t hide my frustration to the ending of my flight before my last suscription before the exam

Second of all, I believe clearing the RAM stops any process that are currently running, including IF.
So… I don’t think the issue there is with IF.
Yep, I exit the app and go to Chrome to search the Alaska 291. Quite ironic
Even if the game shuts itself down,the flight hours and XP will be saved. No need to worry about wasting 10 hours.

And also, RAM will shut down everything, and will only affect gameplay slightly.
Ok, so that might be the problem.
Sometimes, after you exit the app for a period of time and then reopen it later, your issue will occur. (I don’t know why, but it’s happened to me in the past.)
But if this happens again in the future, one thing you could do is exit the app for a while and then come back in after at least 10 minutes. Yes, I repeated myself, and yes, this sounds very ironic, but sometimes that will solve the issue for me. (Again, I don’t know why. You might just have to get lucky.)

Also, try removing background tabs, they usually make mine disconnect too.
Before flying a long flight you should check your Wi-Fi,make sure there are no background apps running,and restart your device.
313 online flights, 167 landing in the total. Expericing such kind of problem on every flight from asia to europe

Mines usually happen when I do KLAX-KSFO, or CYYZ-KJFK
