Disconnected from live server

Hi, I’m in the middle of a flight to Sau Paulo and a message popped up on my screen saying no sub found, contact support and now I have been disconnected from the live server. I am a bit confused by this as I got my order receipt for my sub renewal a few hours ago.

Help would be appreciated

No I’m on the latest non beta version, 20.2 I believe


This can happen on occasion when the sub renews mid session and the app have been active for some time.

There’s unfortunately no way to recover from it.

This should improve in 20.2.


Ok, thank you, the 11 hour flight should explain it, will it be normal when I next open/refresh the app?
