You can stop getting violations, increase your landings so you have more landings than violations and you can read this:

We have discovered an issue with the Training Server’s grade requirement which has now been resolved. The grade required for entry was incorrectly reflected and the server has now been updated to the following: Causal Server: Grade 1 Training Server: Grade 2 (previously Grade 1) Expert Server: Grade 3 Users cannot have more violations than landings.
