I was completing a flight from Doha-London and a person decides to take off after I have been cleared! I had to initiate a go-around because of his reckless decisions. Where can I report this?

Sending a message to @moderators while the infraction is occurring is the best route. We usually don’t do things after the fact as reporting someone way after they did something won’t be effective
