Difficult approach near Innsbruck

I have found (not some underground elevation glitch airport, but rather a realistic) a very difficult approach, at airport LOIJ. Runway 13R is a 660 foot grass runway nestled in front of tall mountains covered by fog usually. I have deemed this as one of my favorite GA airports to fly into at the moment.

Thought I would share in case anyone wants to try a hard airport today!
