I was doing a flight from Heathrow to Amsterdam and on pushback the person who was ground said taxi to runaway 9R and told me to contact tower. I contacted tower and got told to depart from 9L. I was a bit confused but all together the atc at Heathrow was doing a great job. Next time something like this happens which runaway do i go to?

In this case, it was just the fact that training server isn’t perfect. Anyone can be a controller and that can cause confusion between stations. I personally avoid the big busy airports and fly at smaller ones to avoid the issues of the big ones like this issue.
Chances are two different people were on tower and ground and they didn’t have communication.
And like @PilotDog said he probably pressed the wrong command.

Then there’s nothing we can do if it’s in training server. The controller was was most likely practicing and accidentally pressed the wrong command.

The main TS problem is that everyone can be ATC: Beginner dispatcher or professional one.
Just fly on Expert and enjoy professional work :)

The thing is I’m kinda nervous to fly on expert cause I don’t wanna make any mistakes or get ghosted but I’ll try out expert tonight:)

Don;t worry. As long as you are careful and you listen to everything the controllers stay on will be good. I might recommend watching some people fly on expert before you do.
Be careful today though, there is a very big event and there is an airspace restriction until 2300 Zulu!

When you can read commands perfectly you can fly on expert easily. Just relax while ATC will vector you to the airport 😂

Probably the person who was controlling pressed the wrong button, that coudl happen to anyone. He probably ment to let you take off from the runway you were standing for.

Don’t be! Expert Server may seem scary but it’s a place where most pilots behave and the ATC is excellent and very professional. Give it a go and you will be pleased.
