I think a ‘Different Liveries’ tab would be a nice feature to add when selecting a plane.
For example:
When I go to Airbus A380, then Emirates, a new button would appear saying ‘Liveries’.
When pressed an arrange of different liveries would appear like: the Football theme, or Animal theme.
P.s, look these liveries up they’re pretty cool.
Obviously, the Devs and Staff would have to design the new liveries…

In my Opinion, I think that would be not important to have this feature because the the system we have already it’s great and easy access , {I don’t waste my time to clicking and clicking again}.Nhhh.
Just no. Firstly special liveries would need to be added and secondly this is unrealism to the extreme. Liveries aren’t what Infinite Flight is about, so no thanks!
PS: It also seems you’re trying to request for multiple liveries in one request. Vote for special liveries if this is what you want.
And it’s hard to obtain the liscence. Adding it to Infinite Flight will violates the copyright agreement made by the airline and related party (i.e Star Wars and ANA)
That explains why it’s rare to find special liveries in Infinite Flight. And honestly, I think the current UI is already simple enough to users 😉
It seems like you are requesting fake liveries. Still, multiple people using these liveries on Live would be unrealistic. Btw feature requests have to request something in particular (in this case, a request for requesting the very broad “special liveries,”) so vote for particular special livery requests.
And as said above, the devs haven’t added any special liveries recently due to this reason.
I think we could use that feature for selected any airline appropriate for that aircraft, for example: Aircraft → Boeing 777-300ER → Select Airline → Cathay Pacific → Select Special Livery → New Livery → Fly Now.
What I think could happen in the future is this coming along. However with the possibility of people on github making the livery which the devs check the livery, then they get added.

Not sure why this is necessary. If they all start with the same airline (eg British airways then British airways golden dove) they’ll be next to each other. It seems over complex for something no body really has an issue with and we don’t really have many special liveries
I’m surprised this doesn’t have more votes and I don’t see why this request got so much negativity. Also, I don’t see how this is “unrealism to the extreme” as @anon31652286 said above. The topic is quite broad but I think the message that was trying to be conveyed was to add more special liveries.

I wouldn’t want to see private liveries of A380 or whatever flying. So, no thank you 🤔. Also you voted for your own feature request which is interesting…
Well with global coming I do not think that anyone would notice that there would be 2 or 3 special liveries flying at the same time that are “one of a kind”
Like I said it would be good for when Global comes. But I think everyone here wants some more special liveries, and if The mods and devs are able to get that liscense then they probably could make special liveries, it would just take a ton of time.
My point here is basically it would be unrealistic to add it now, but when we have the whole world to fly in, everyone will be spread out and it will almost feel like solo.
So should this be added whenever global comes out, Yes, but IF would need to get a liscense first.
It does sound nice to have but I don’t think a whole tab is necessary for different liveries. I think if the animal livery on Emirates for example was added then it would just be added to the liveries section that we already have. Nice idea, and I like the fact that you thought of the new tab for liveries for airliners but I think the one we have right now is easy to use and shouldn’t be changed :)
