Didn‘t receive subscription

So I just bought a sub via the app store but didn‘t receive it, when i go in the app to buy it it says the subscription will start from 16th August. what do I do?

I think it means you have a subscription valid until that time, and on the 16th August, it will auto renew to the purchased subscription

If you’ve recently purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Tap “GET PRO”
  2. Tap “I already have an account”
  3. Tap “Revert to default account” in the bottom right.

The steps listed above, should bring up the account which currently holds your purchased subscription.
