Genuely how realistacly did you want me to contact ISTANBUL TRAFFIC on LONDON CENTER?!
This happened on the Training Server, which isn’t staffed by official IFATC controllers. It’s best not to expect a high standard of ATC service, since many controllers are still learning and improving their skills.
It would’ve been more appropriate to DM the controller and provide feedback there

Probably because that was your destination traffic frequency. Experienced users would know to simply send you a frequency change, allowing you to tune out of center.
