For better or dor worse. I’d avoid Huawie, weather or not the concerns are justified has yet to be seen, but there in and out with android, and a few other things…

Huawei devices run infinite flight just as any other android device. And they offer great devices at an affordable price.

@Jed_Pollard Anyway, i highly recommend going for an ipad pro or the ipad 2018 edition. Two great devices which infinite flight really smoothly at the highest of settings.

I’ve used an iPhone XS Max, iPad Pro, Note 9, and Galaxy Tab S4. Runs great on all with Max Settings.

All that I’m saying is that right now there tied up in some problems with google, so that means posibly no OS updates, atleast not with android. And they are also in some trouble with the WiFi, Bluetooth, and sD card associations, so possibly no more support or updates there. Then there are the security claims, I’m not throwing my opinion in on that one, and you can make up your mind if you trust them, but whatever the truth is, it is having real implications for there devices and future. Just want that all to be considered…

Depends on whether you’re sticking with Android or iOS…

@KPIT you make a valid point and I definitely agree with you there.

If you’re looking to go Android, Google Pixel 3, Razer Phone 2, Samsung Galaxy S10 and the OnePlus 7 are excellent devices all worthy of a mention. The only downside to Samsung being their UI which I have never particularly liked #stockftw

On the iOS side, any of the iPads within the last 2/3 years ought to do you just fine.

However, They have been reinstated by the wifi alliance, JEDEC and the SD association. In regards to google and android - No huawei/honor phone has been affected and will run perfectly. They will still receive monthly security updates However future updates like android q will be. Huawei devices wouldn’t have even seen android q until probably march next year anyway. And if everything goes well, this whole problem will be resolved by then as google themselves didnt want to be put in the position to cut ties in the first place.

Huawei is a great brand which has shaped the way the mobile android industry is right now. They offer great phones with flagship specs at affordable prices and I have never had a problem with mine. Another reason as to why i like this brand is because of the level of customization in their software. Many will disagree with me here but im not keen on a pure stock experience. Ive tried it before and its a bit plain for my liking.

Anyway, In this situation i would recommend an apple ipad due to optimization.

Well since we’re all talking about Huawei I should probably say two things one Samsungs are on sale there reliable and more affordable than an Iphone. Second thing is if you’re anything like me you take the company into consideration. Huawei’s CFO was arrested in Canada for a bunch of weird money related things. Just knowing this I dont like the company. My recommendation would be to go with a Samsung. I hope this helps. Side note I did see there’s speculation that a phone line designed for gaming is soon to be released if your looking long term this may be a great option.

iPad 2017 works great! That’s what I use, and the graphics/physics are awesome! iPad 2017.

I have a 9.7 inch iPad Pro 1st generation, and it runs max settings quite well. Occasional minor stutter but nothing I’d diagnose as a problem.

Ya, the problem is “resolved” but there are still a lot of questions, and they are still on the fringes of those organizations shall we say. Doesn’t sound like they are in good standings from what I’ve heard. All I’m saying is that the situation with them is shaky to say the least right now, and I wouldn’t spend 500+ to buy into it…

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 and it works amazingly

I would recommend a iPad Pro 👍🏽

Or a IPhone X

The iPhone XR runs great with no heat issues

I have Samsung Galaxy s9 plus and works good

I use mi iPad that is 2018 and 2017 and the both work excellent
