Descent and Climb Profile

I was using fpltoif.com and recieved the following outputs:

Climb Profile: 250/280/78

Descent Profile: 78/280/250

What does this mean?

I think it means 250 knots under 10.000 feet, 280 Knots over 10.000 feet. And mach 0.78 at crusing.

Incorrect, it 250 below 10,000. 280 on Transition above 10,000 and .78 before transition (above FL280 in game)

Still confused about this part? What do mean by “on Transition”

For realworld performance profiles you could use this: Eurocontrol APM
It’s pretty straight forward.

The transition is the point in which your speed switches from IAS to Mach. In infinite Flight this switch “transition” happens at FL280 so for your climb profile your climbing at 280kts and once you switch to Mach at FL280 you will continue to climb at .78
