Welcome to the The Noble Newark Flyout. Newark is one of the major cities in the state of New Jersey. It is a major hub for people in Central Jersey, North Jersey and surrounding areas. Newark Liberty International (IATA: EWR | ICAO: KEWR) is approximately 15 miles southwest of Midtown Manhattan. It is operated by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ). When IATA codes switched from two letters to three, the United States Navy reserved all codes starting with the letter “N.” Therefore, the operators of the airport at the time used the letters EWR in NEWaRk.
