Got multiple violations 1 during approach because i always (stupidly) forgot to reduce the speed. And demoted to Grade 2. And now i have to wait for a couple days. Ngl it sucks! I can’t flying on Expert Server at this moment

It happens! Just be sure to be more careful the next time you’re descending and you’ll be good.
@ElGatoMiko I hate when that happens too, had a couple instances where I’ve dozed off while descending and it resulted in several violations (my early days in IF), as @Poxy said, just make sure to be aware of your speed, especially going <FL100, happy flying!

Exactly what happened to me! I dozed off during descending, the plane overspeed and crashed

Probably would be best to monitor your altitude as well, once you get to roughly around 13-11,000 depending on your speed then maybe consider slowing your speed to below 260kts
