The Airbus A220, which took off from the assembly line facility near Montreal, was flown by A220 program test pilots on a 2-hour, 53-minute flight.
Delta Air Lines first A220 has taken flight! It is the first of many A220s that delta have ordered. They will become one of the largest operators of the type. This plane is expected to fly for the airline in 2019.
What do you think of Deltas First A220?
No A220 its CS 300. But yeah its cool
Airbus renamed it when they took over 50 percent of the program
the same is doing Boeing with Embraer(trying it)
Does someone knows what airlines will have the A220?
I think the current orderes are for (correct my if I’m wrong)
Delta Air Lines
Korean Air Lines
Didn’t know Korean was glong to have it. But I do have heard about Swiss getting them :)
Yea, Swiss is probably the most famous outta the bunch
Also JetBlue is ordering some a220s.
I forgot about their order, I’m exited for them to receive them
Is anyone else going to try to be on the first flight for Delta’s A220?
Sadly I can’t, as much as I want to, I’m only a minor and my parents won’t let me. Also what do the first flight?
I think the first flight will be sometime in the first quarter or half of 2019.
Do you know what airport it will be originating from?
I have info from a Delta employee who will be on the delivery flight, but I probably am not allowed to share it publicly.
Oh ok, I hope it’s a airport close to me!
I would love to fly on this aircraft one day🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
I hope I can fly it one day too, it’s such a stunning aircraft.
I know that but in my heart it’s the CS300
