Looks like Delta Air Lines will become the first U.S. airline to fly to the new Beijing Daxing Airport!
Delta will launch service to Beijing Daxing on March 28, 2020 replacing Beijing Capital service:

This move is to consolidate itself with partner China Eastern (Delta has a 3.55% stake in China Eastern).
Delta has updated the Beijing information on their website:
Delta Air Lines is proud to move with our partner China Eastern Airlines from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) to our latest home at Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX)
Per Routesonline, Delta will move its Detroit (DTW) and Seattle (SEA) flights from Capital to Daxing
- Detroit to Beijing Daxing will be on the A350-900
- Seattle to Daxing will initially be on the 767-300 until switching to the A330-900neo on October 24, 2020.
