I might be wrong but wasn’t there a Delta Livery on the 787 in game at one point? I swear I used it once and I haven’t seen it for a LONG time.

No, Delta don’t have any 787’s in their fleet in real life. When the livery was added to the simulator, they had the 787 on order but this changed.
