Ah, the 757! Medium-haul workhorse, backbone of several major airlines at one point or another, and one of the nost ridiculous thrust-to-weight ratios in aviation! Today we’re flying from Colombia to Atlanta, home of the 757’s largest passenger operator, Delta Air Lines.

While the type is largely used on transcontinental routes, high-demand flights between Delta’s hubs, and to certain vacation destinations like Las Vegas and Orlando, the Pencils also are seen on quite a few Latin American routes, including the route between Bogotá and Atlanta, which sees the jets twice-daily.
