Pushing back from the sea of Delta tails at the G Gates
Taxiing past the cargo ramp, which sees freight dogs from Bemidji Airlines’s Beechcraft Queen Airs to UPS’s 747-400F/BCF and 747-8Fs.
Takeoff by the Endeavor Air hangar
Amazing how rural Minnesota rapidly gets
Cruising over the Midwest on a warm summer night
Across the Ohio River over Kentucky in our initial descent
Reversers open and spoilers deployed as we decelerate on Runway 20R
Taxiing to Concourse B with the lights of Downtown Nashville glittering in the distance
Deplaned at Gate C3 next to an Atari Ferrari (757-200) that arrived from Atlanta, the only route we get the type on, and that only during the summer for the most part. It’s eerie, in a way, how even a mid-sized airport can be a veritable ghost town at night, when in only a short while it’ll be a hive of activity again as the morning commute begins.
