This week has been a very eventful week in the ramp for myself. In three days we have had three delays lasting from a few minutes up to 5 hours. All these delays happened on our late afternoon PHX turn on board the CRJ-900. The top pictures are of our 4 hour delay when the bleed air valve on board the number 2 engine as well as an oxygen issue. The second picture is of today’s flight had a lav door issue and than the pilots started smelling smoke from the cockpit and so myself and a few other rampers went to the back cargo bin to see if we could smell anything, which we didn’t. Overall it’s just another day in the life as a ramp agent.
You somehow made it sound fun to me to have some problems challenging a peaceful day.
