Proof that it isn’t photoshop

When the aircraft is on the runway, you can see the vortice of snow being created by the engine :)

I’ve never seen deicing fluid on a plane. Thanks for sharing. :)

Nice video I have experienced de-ice on a Fokker 100 :) with Contact Air (Owned by Lufthansa) unsure on whether it is still operated)

Ouch, that must’ve cost at least $50,000. De-icing fluid isn’t cheap.

A giant spilled it’s mountain dew on it’s model 747.

Nice, I’d be more than comfortable as a passenger on that aircraft.
That appears to be a liberal amount of fluid applied. :)

Just imagine how much they spray on Mriya (AN-225).

lol… that would be a lot and really expensive

I find it pretty cool how the fluid blows off on takeoff.

It’s suppose to (depending on what deicing fluid you use)

And next, someone is so gonna request for a “Mountain Dew livery Air France 747-400” LOL

Wow, looks cool to be honest :)

Btw, I thought they’ve stored the aircraft after it’s last flight?

Yeah, it’s like cash just flying off the aircraft. You pay $50,000 for fluid that sits on an aircraft for half an hour and it all goes away on takeoff. 😝

It’s all necessary, but still kinda comical.

It looks like someone highlighted the plane :P

I know. I just found it cool. 😝
