Cabin
Description
EXPANDED COMFORT FOR GREATER PRODUCTIVITY
The Falcon 6X’s cabin allows more freedom of movement, privacy and relaxation, and more room for teamwork. Equally important, it can be customized to your specific needs. The combination of flexible working and living space, with ergonomically designed comfort, will help you stay refreshed and accomplish more as you travel farther.
THE BEAUTY OF LIGHT AND STYLE
The 6X cabin features flowing, uninterrupted lines to enhance the feeling of space and de-clutter the cabin.
Thirty extra-large windows and a skylight flood the cabin with natural light, while providing true panoramic views.
Passengers can also control mood lighting to help them manage their circadian rhythm and adjust seamlessly to multiple time zones.
TRAVEL IN COMFORT, QUIET AND HEALTH
An advanced cabin air filtration and circulation system helps keep you healthier, with air quality that is ten times better than minimum requirements. Cabin pressure is smoothly regulated to reduce fatigue and eliminate discomfort. The 6X also shares the superior soundproofing technology of other Falcon cabins, the quietest in the industry.
A NEW SPACE INNOVATION
An optional Privacy Suite has multiple uses. It can serve as an executive meeting area during the day or a resting place at night. With an adjustable divider and berthable seats, two people can talk privately or one can sleep in secluded comfort. It’s also a great place to relax, work, or enjoy HD entertainment.
THE WELL-CONNECTED CABIN
Dassault’s innovative cabin management system allows passengers to use their own devices for entertainment and cabin environment control. Our seamless, high-
speed broadband solution, FalconConnect , keeps everyone connected, productive and competitive for an entire journey without interruption.
Technology
Description
THE DEFINING DIFFERENCE
Not only does the Falcon 6X surround passengers in unsurpassed space and comfort, its advanced technologies, from breakthrough digital systems to near-perfect aerodynamics, create a flying experience like no other. Smooth. Precise. Safe. And compatible with Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).
ADVANCED DIGITAL FLIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM
Dassault’s Digital Flight Control System (DFCS) commands all flight control surfaces for peak performance and efficiency. Advanced flight envelope protection increases safety margins. Falcons with DFCS improve Cockpit Resource Management (CRM) and reduce pilot workload to provide passengers with a smooth, comfortable flight experience.
THE ALL-SEEING FALCONEYE
Dassault’s award-winning Combined Vision System, FalconEye, provides flight crews unprecedented situational awareness in all weather conditions, day or night. It adds a significant margin of safety for all airport operations, especially at airfields with difficult terrain.
FalconEye provides guidance on approaches down to 100 feet, before the runway is sighted.
THE PILOT’S OFFICE
The Falcon 6X flight deck has the very latest generation of Dassault’s award-winning avionics suite, EASy IV, with more vivid displays, more processing power, new capabilities and new safety features. For example, an audible alert feature is integrated to help prevent runway overruns. Innovations like this allow pilots more time for mission-critical decision-making.
THE ULTIMATE PILOT SOLUTION
FalconSphere is Dassault’s Electronic Flight Bag, an all-in-one suite of features and apps that allow pilots and flight operations groups to prepare and manage missions with greater ease and precision. It’s a solution that yields substantial savings in time and cost while improving operating safety and efficiency, all within an efficient user experience.
THE POWER OF EFFICIENCY
The Pratt & Whitney PW812D engine sets new standards in aircraft performance, fuel efficiency and sustainability. Its low-noise design shares the same proven technology as Pratt & Whitney’s award-winning commercial engines. Its advanced design makes it easier to maintain, maximizing aircraft availability.
THE POWER OF RESPONSIBILITY
The PW800 family is the most modern, efficient and environmentally responsible engine in its class. It offers double-digit improvements in fuel burn, emissions and noise over the current generation. It can also use Sustainable Aviation Fuel. Paired with legendary Falcon design optimization, it’s a powerful combination.
Performance
Description
DISCOVER WHERE THE FALCON 6X CAN TAKE YOU
The 6X has a maximum range of 5,500 nm (10,186 km) and a maximum operating speed of Mach .90. It’s also capable of flying Mach .85 for nonstop flights up to 5,100 nm (9,445 km). Imagine the time savings flying nonstop between frequented international cities, including Los Angeles to Geneva, São Paulo to London or Paris to Johannesburg.
SUPERIOR MISSION FLEXIBILITY
The 6X, like all Falcons, can access more airports than competitors, including steep-approach fields like Lugano or London City. Even after a short hop, it can land at 85% of its Maximum TakeOff Weight and can still fly almost 9 hours to an overseas destination without refueling.
SAFETY AT EVERY SPEED
Like all Falcons, the 6X wing is optimized for both high-and low-speed performance. In fact, the Falcon 6X’s typical approach speed is up to 10knots slower than most jets with comparable range. The 6X also introduces a new flaperon control surface, borrowed from its military sibling, the Rafale, which greatly increases takeoff and landing control, and therefore safety, especially on steep approaches.
GO FAST, GO FAR
The 6X’s maximum range is 5,500 nm (10,186 km). Its maximum operating speed is Mach .90 and can fly at Mach .85 for nonstop flights up to 5,100 nm (9,445 km), including Los Angeles to Geneva, São Paulo to London or Paris to Johannesburg. And it’s very stable at the speeds and angles required at smaller airstrips, making takeoffs and landings safer and quicker.
