CYYC spotting

In October I had the privilege to travel around western Canada. I was able to visit all the major cities and points in Alberta and British Columbia. This time, I was lucky because the hotel I was staying in was close to CYYC, also known as Calgary International Airport. Yay time to go spotting with my garbage camera!

a rare arrival into CYYC: an Air Canada 787-9 coming from CYYZ

CRJ for rich people

the only photo that has at least some quality to it : a WestJet Q400 arriving (C-FOWE), with the westjet hangar and YYC tower in the background

I do have a few more pictures but they’re all just garbage. I apologize for the hazy photos as the weather was quite cold at the time.

Special thanks to Alex Praglowski’s last minute spotting guide.

Cool shots, i really love the last one capturing all the WestJet maintenance hangars. That tower looks beautiful! (And huge, tallest freestanding ATC tower in Canada vibes)
