Even then that’s still past the CL35 range right ?
I just Simbriefed it at 8:48, so yes beyond the range as far as I’m concerned but maybe there’s some flight profile I don’t know about, or just good winds. It’s not that far off especially if you glide down from FL450 or something.

But that means he necessarily landed somewhere in Sweden he did not fly nonstop from YVR to JED that’s impossible right ?

I don’t Think he landed in Sweden because when you zoom it does not show an approach path compared to a regular approach path for his final landing in Jeddah. That Means he really flew nonstop from YVR to JED.
Hi guys, so it’s been awhile since ive touched this app (let alone this community), and yes that was my flight, and you can spot me going from Wasington DC to Tokyo right now. (Previous account name was EnthusiasticAviation). The reason for the flights I’m doing is to teach my brother how to fly long distances in the Challenger 350, as his favorite aircraft is the GL7T and he wants to mimic such flights. The way this works will remain a secret. And for the stall over sweden after kicking autopilot off, that was my fault. My aircraft swooped down to FL210. I did not land, but was close lol. I’ll be teaching my brother throughout this weekend so if you spot us, cool ig.
@AndrewWu - Try some more flight tests and start there. You’ll be able to 2x the flight range if you properly maneuver and calculate your flight

8 hours is pretty simple tbh, from what I can tell you that there’s no special prep for your flight unlike the longer ones. Just max fuel it and fly to the immediate height of FL450. no pax/ luggage/calm winds at departure airport/steady winds at cruise for best results. Maybe hit 9 hours easy.

Btw the reason I originally spotted your flight from YVR to JED was because I was departing OEJN RWY34C as Saudia 061 to YYZ and I flew right past you. I looked at your fpl and I was like: « how can this guy come all the way from Canada ? »

16.5h? This is a pretty insane easter egg then, that’s well past single-engine ops time.
I did Vancouver to Jeddah in 14h07 and my brother did Washington to Tokyo in 13h50. Both similarly left with about 10 minutes of flight left. We’re now planning something for LAX but it’s kinda tricky. You can join if you want once I give him a suitable route
