787-9 American Airlines: N172MD This was SkyhawkHeavy or Mark Denton’s callsign. Nothing really hidden about that. There’s many tail numbers that were from former staff/mods/devs. 🙂

Have a look at the Boeing 787-10 liveries. Every single registration of them is based on a person related to Infinite Flight at that time 😊
