hello I currently fly for etihad va but there is a problem since the the recent conflicts in the gulf started, etihad started flying on different routes like going down then up again from oman so do you know how i get those routes because Simbrief has the normal routes and i fell this is unrealistic
Usually Simbrief needs some days to update all NOTAMS and closed airspaces. You could first use SimBrief for a flight plan and then check on FlightRadar24 what routes real airlines use and adjust your flight plan manually until SimBrief has been updated for this specific region.
In Simbrief, scroll down to suggested routes before you generate a flight
Generally, one of the 5 suggested routes will be the most recent RL route, going either via Egypt or Turkey (if to Europe) or via Oman (if to eastern Asia)
You do not have to accept the first route that Simbrief gives you

yes i scroll through the suggested routes but still there is nothing from the current route
It may not be the exact airways but like Dav said, the general route will typically be listed in the suggested routes.
You can press “View All” and current routes can also show up under the gray “Simbreif, Previously used by other users”
In not sure if you need a paid plan but you can also try using the Route Calculator to make your own route and use the waypoints/airways as a real flight.
Which route are you trying to do?
On the top bar of the flight plan map on SimBrief, one of the filters is for the airways map. If you can find the one that your flight used, all the major intersections have waypoints attached that you can enter.
