ON A FLIGHT FROM PARIS TO BRISBANE
It was a beastly one. Last night I departed Paris bound for Brisbane, replicating the one off direct flight that Virgin Australia took back in April which was to repatriate some stranded citizens back home.
Let’s not get bogged down with the negative surrounding reasons behind it, so onto the trip! 😎
It took 20 hours from lift off at Paris Charles de Gaulle to touchdown at Brisbane airport. The FPL took us over Darwin through the northern territory, Queensland and finally finding Brisbane at the helm of the Virgin Aus 777-300ER. It was my favourite aircraft even before the rework and now, well, it’s superb.
I thought it would be cool to focus on the scenery over Australia instead of the entire flight as a whole, so here it is. It’s a beauty of a trip and I highly recommend it! I had a bit of experimentation with night/ day view as well on these ones…
Notes: As always, no hard editing was done to the photos, just some personal preference slight changes to the light and contrast and working with what is available – nothing fake added or taken away.
Good times!
