I just wanted to know how do I cross a runway on expert server what do I need to say to ATC? Because I asked can I cross runway 13L and ground control said cleared to cross runway 13L and then I got a level 3 violation??
Just want to know if I did something wrong so I can improve on it,

At the surface level it sounds like you did everything fine. Are you sure you crossed the correct runway, and did not commit any other infractions or fail to follow any other directions in the process?

About your situation, I highly recommend privately reaching out to the controller from your flight (as @Cryptronic11 said). It’s better not to get the public involved, as that usually leads to speculation and misunderstandings. Have a great day!

You can contact the @appeals communit to turn over that violation if you believe that it wasn’t your fault. :)

I will send a message to the controller 🙏 but what if it was a while ago like 1 - 2 moths ago? I only learned I can sort out the violations today
Hey, please contact @appeals if you feel the violation was unfair.
You can also look in your replay and DM the controller who issued you the violation and ask for their side.
