CRJ200 on ramp can’t close main door. No button available. Pax button ineffective.

The screenshot shows that the wipers are turned off, not door closed. Also the iPad 5 is really old, but here comes @BennyBoy_Alpha so expect a more intelligent response.

He’s showing that there is no “close main door” option in the actions page. Also device age should have no impact on ground services functionality.

@DukeAtreides are your engines on or off?

Can you elaborate a bit more - is the PAX box highlighted orange or white right now with the door open?

I had the same issue when I was trying to fly the CRJ7 a few weeks ago

Sorry, iPad Air 5, latest version available last summer.
And the image shows no door option, which is what my topic is about…

And Pax button wasn’t highlighted. I tapped twice to see if it would change on/off.

I turned everything off when I switched to this view to start pushback.
I know door won’t close if lights/engine on.

Hmmm - honestly it could just be as simple as the ground services bugging out, which does happen occasionally. In which case simply restarting the flight should “fix” it.

Yeah, quit IF, reopened it same plane/location.

This time PAX highlighted and worked as expected.

Awesome.

In future, if the ground services bug out, usually a flight/app restart will fix it.
